Time Saver Plus......
more on the previous post "Time Saver"......
Not only did I forget to clean when the DSL modem mentioned in the previous post didn't work, I also forgot that no matter what shows up, whether it seems a plus, minus or question mark, it's best to greet it with gratitude and love - "Thank you and I love you -- Thank you for showing up in my life."
Moment by moment love and gratitude is one way of incessant cleaning which can make life a lot smoother and more fun, to put it mildly.
My friend Dr. Pam Pappas, MD in a recent Ho'oponopono blog post titled "Anticipatory Ho'oponopono: Clean and Ask First" spoke of this most practical use of Ho'oponopono.
Pam wrote:
Many people think Ho'oponopono is only to be used when "problems" (actually memories manifesting) show up. But Ho'oponopono cleaning can also be a preparatory, potentially preemptive process that we can use before any event.
It doesn't even have to be an entire seminar we're preparing for -- it can be as simple as going to work or answering the phone.
Before picking up the phone, we can mentally say, "I love you" or use another Ho'oponopono tool as inspired. When considering options or being asked a question, we can pause, use a cleaning tool, and ask Divinity within for guidance. Then we can listen. Sometimes we'll get a clear impression, other times we might not.
Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len often says that when the answer seems especially humorous, "goofy", or illogical, it's more likely to be Divinity's response. This is a very helpful reminder for thinkers like me. :-) Perhaps it's Divinity's way of saying, "You don't need to worry; I've got your back."
Thank you Pam. I will focus on applying the "Anticipatory Ho'oponopono" principle.
Like so many life principles, unless we apply them regularly until doing so becomes a habit, we can read and study and take every program and course there is and still have limited results. Better we focus on this moment that is Now and do what we know to do.
Wonder if this is the reason the unexpected DSL modem showed up from my ISP? Regardless of the reason, the results did jog my memory. :-)
I have no idea why the newer model modem showed up. The old one worked fine. ???

Time Saver
Life is not intended to be a problem to be solved nor is what is showing up this moment. Life is intended to be a joyful experience if I am choosing to live my life according to the Wisdom of the Ages, at least I choose to interpret it that way. I can choose to stay with God or go my own way. I am free to try to do things my way and struggle or meet what shows up with "Thank you and I love you" and then listen for insight, guidance and inspiration from Divinity.
After three years of practicing Ho'oponopono, I realized this morning that my first inclination when something shows up is by habit to still meet it with my mind and its knowlege and experience. Mercy, what a time waster.
When something shows up such as a new DSL modem that my ISP sent unexpectedly the other day that didn't work as I followed the accompanying instructions step by step, I then tried every thing I know from many years of computer experience when my first inclination would best have been to go to ZERO with "What is going on in me that I am not getting a DSL signal with this new modem?
Finally after a day and a half, I did and cleaned on the situation. What I got was to sprinkle a tiny pinch of blue corn meal on the modem. I went about doing other things and after a little while turned it back on. Wow, it worked, but was slow as cold mud. Cleaned a bit more and reset the modem and it worked perfectly with lightning fast speed.
In January of 20006 I read Mabel Katz's book based on Self-Identity through Ho'oponopono titled "The Easiest Way". As soon as I read the introduction I knew I had found what I had been looking for about 40 years. On page 17, Mabel shares an old Hawaiian story of creation as told to her by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len.
In the introduction to Mabel Katz's book, "The Easiest Way" based on Self-Identity Through Ho'oponopono, Mabel writes:
"My teacher Ihaleakala once told me a Hawaiian story of creation that goes like this: When God created the Earth and put Adam and Eve here, he told them that this was paradise and that they didn’t have to worry about anything, that He would provide them with everything they needed. He also told them that he would give them a gift, the opportunity to choose, to make their own decisions, that He would give him the gift of free will. And so He created the apple tree. He told them, “This is called “thinking.” You do not need it. I can provide everything for you. You should not worry, but you can choose to stay with me or to take your own path."
"I would like to make clear that the problem was not the eating of the apple, the problem was not taking responsibility and saying, 'I’m sorry.' When God asked, Adam said 'She made me do it' And so this is how Adam had to go in search of his first job. Just like Adam, we are always biting the apple. We always think that we know best. We do not realize that there is another way, that there is an easier way."

To Be Clear Is To Be Free
Life, Reality, The Way, whatever we choose to call it is amazingly simple, yet likely the opposite of what our ego perceives it to be. The ego is but a confused conglomeration of stories, fiction, memories replaying in the individual and collective subconscious creating our life experience in the moments we are not Clear and thus at Zero, yet think we're in charge. When we are Clear and at Zero, we are Free and available to experience all that Life has to offer.
My work and your work is to get clear. In the moments, we're clear, life is amazingly wonderful and simple, exceeding our most wondrous desires and imagination. Whenever I notice or feel myself resisting something, that's a clue that a gift is showing up to help me get clear and be free, another chance to love what is and trust life.
What is or what appears to be a challenge on the horizon is what I need. What shows up is an opportunity to practice non-resistance, another opportunity to meet life with "Thank You and I love you." "Thank you for giving me one more chance to clean and get clear, another chance to be free and enjoy all that life life has to offer."
This is the key, the Open Sesame, the doorway to life beyond our fondest dreams and imaginings, the doorway to the miraculous life.
If I am not loving what is, my work is obvious. If I am not loving what is or appears might be on the horizon, then I am in fear and memories are replaying and creating my experience. I believe I had rather let go and let God be in charge. I would rather let Divinity be my inspiration, guidance and help. I can do that when I don't forget and resist what is and go my own way. :-)
I think I will clean on that today.
"I'm sorry and I love You. Please forgive me for whatever is going on in me that I sometimes forget and resist what is rather than letting go and trusting You."
Peace of I,
Wai Ali'i,

Time for a New Beginning
June 02, 2009
It's time for a new beginning and time to close out Letting Go and Letting God - a Journey.
Letting Go and Letting God is like incessant Ho'oponopono cleaning, moment by moment like breathing.
This blog will remain live and who knows? There might be an occasional small update.
A new blog may be in the works, however I have no idea what it will be, if anything.
POI,
Wai Ali'i,
Jimmy
P.S. It is also time to close out http://twitter.com/JimmyPiver
Twitter was an interesting experience, however it's time to let go of it, too.
There may be a new Twitter account and title at some point. we'll see. :-)
